Check the status of a refundUpdated a month ago

There are two ways you can see the status of your refund.

From your account: Log into your account on our website, head to "My Account" and scroll down to the order you are expecting to be refunded and you should see its status there.


From your confirmation email: When one of our team issues you a refund, we send you an email to confirm the amount we are refunding.


All refunds can take 5-7 working days to process to your bank account, this is usually a little faster but depends on your bank.

PLEASE NOTE: When you are returning an item for a refund, we do not get alerted to this. Please get back in touch with Customer Service with proof of delivery so we can action your refund.
