I haven't received my subscription orderUpdated a month ago

There could be a few reasons why you haven't received your Subscription order, but we can usually get this fixed for you pretty quickly.

- If you log in to your account, is your order showing as fulfilled? If so, you should be able to track the delivery.

- Alternatively, if it is showing as unfulfilled, is your delivery and payment address correct? If not, this could be causing an issue with getting it sent out. Updating your address to the correct one can usually get this sorted.

- If it's showing as unfulfilled, and all your details are correct, we might need to take a look into this for you on our end. If this is the case, or your Subscription hasn't created an order in your account at all, please get in touch with our Customer Service team who will be happy to help!
