I received the wrong itemUpdated a month ago

Fresh Beer Club Order:

If you were expecting your Fresh Beer Club Subscription order, but it's the wrong style of Fresh Press, this could be due to the one you ordered being out of stock.

 If your chosen Fresh Press is out of stock on your dispatch date, this will automatically change to our default Fresh Press, which is usually one from the House Range but may be different depending on stock. We will send you an email 3 days before this happens so you have time to amend your order if you wish.  

If this doesn't sound right, please contact our Customer Care Team via Live Chat or Email using the help button to your right, and include the information below so we can get this sorted for you as soon as we can

  • Attach a photo of what you received. 
  • Your name and email address
  • Your order number
  • A description of what you actually received, and what you should have received

One-Off Order:

If this was a one-off order you placed and is not part of your Fresh Beer Club, it sounds like something may have gone wrong with either our third-party fulfilment centre or the courier, we are very sorry about this!

 These mistakes are rare, and we want to make this right as quickly as possible.
