I received the wrong itemUpdated a month ago

If you were expecting your Subscription, but it's the wrong style of Fresh Press, this could be due to the one you ordered being out of stock. If your chosen Fresh Press is out of stock on your dispatch date, this will automatically select a random Fresh Press instead.

If this doesn't sound right, or this was a one-off order, it sounds like something may have gone wrong in our fulfilment centre, we are very sorry about this. These mistakes are rare, and we want to make this right as quickly as possible.
