If you've received an order that you weren't expecting, that's likely due to your Subscription un-pausing. The maximum amount of time you can pause your Subscription is 3 months.

If you were expecting your Subscription, but it's the wrong style of Fresh Press, this could be due to the one you ordered being out of stock. If your chosen Fresh Press is out of stock on your dispatch date, a random Fresh Press will automatically be selected.
