I want to cancel or change my orderUpdated a month ago
If your order is still showing as unfulfilled we may be able to complete your change or cancellation request.
If your order has already been fulfilled, that means that it's already on its way to you, and cannot be altered.
However, as the majority of our orders are processed within 24 hours we cannot guarantee the success of your request. We will try our absolute best to get this sorted for you.
To make a change or cancellation request we suggest getting in touch with our Customer Service Team and we will endeavour to action your request as soon as possible.
When you get in touch, please include the following:
- Your name and email address
- Order number
- What is currently in your order, and what you would like to change this to
