Whether or not you're eligible for a refund or return depends on where you are on your Fresh Beer journey. The timeframe in which you can return something depends on the product.
We understand that as much as we love the Pinter experience, there may be instances where it isn't for you. For this reason, we have put together a Returns and Refunds Policy that is in line with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 to ensure we're always providing our customers with the appropriate support.
Returning your product because you changed your mind.
Please contact our Customer Care Team to request a return for your items within 14 days of delivery, you then have a further 14 days to send them back to us. Once received, we will process your refund as long as your returned product meets our terms and conditions. The product will need to be unused and in its original condition.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee
If you have purchased a Pinter 3 and you have changed your mind you have 30 days from delivery in which to request a return. You then have a further 14 days to send it back to us.
If you have used the product as advised and the return meets our terms and conditions we will issue a refund.
This only covers Pinter 3
Returning a faulty item
If you believe that your product has developed a fault within 30 days of delivery, please get in touch with our Customer Care Team with as much information as you can. Please include your details and a photo or video of your issue so that we can offer you the right support.
If the item is eligible for a return, you then have a further 14 days to send it back to us. You are entitled to a refund if your product has been used as directed and is deemed faulty within 30 days of delivery.
This covers all of our products.
Returning a faulty item 30+ days after delivery
If your Pinter or Co-Pinter has developed a fault between 30 days and 6 months after delivery, you must give us the chance to repair or replace the item before being eligible for a return and refund.
Please provide our team with as much information as you can, including your details and any photos or videos so we can give you the right support. If the repair or replacement doesn't fix the issue, you may then be eligible for a refund.

Returning a faulty item 6+ months after delivery
If your item has developed a fault 6-12 months after delivery, you must prove that the fault was present at the time of delivery before being eligible for a return and refund. If the fault was not present at the time of delivery, you will still be entitled to a repair or replacement if the product has been used as intended.
Please provide our team with as much information as you can, including your details and any photos or videos so we can give you the right support. If the decision of a return is met, you will have a further 14 days to send it back to us.

Returning a faulty item 12 months after delivery
At this point, you will no longer be eligible for a return or refund. However, we ask that you get in touch with our team anyway with as much information as possible, including your details and a photo or video of the issue.
We will do our best to support you regardless if you are still within warranty but we cannot always guarantee that we will be able to.

Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, the refund will be issued once the product has been returned to us and has been assessed by a product specialist. This can take up to 14 days.
We can only issue the refund to the same payment method used to make the purchase, and once issued, this can take 5-7 working days to appear in your account, depending on your bank.
If you used PayPal to make the purchase we may need to ask for some additional information before we can issue the refund.
Warranty
Every Pinter and Co-Pinter comes with a 12-month warranty which is valid from the date of delivery of your product.
