Leaking from around the outside of the Main CapUpdated a month ago

A leak from around the outside of the Main Cap can occur for one of two reasons.

Main Cap is not screwed on correctly:

if the Main Cap has not been attached properly, this won't seal correctly and can cause a leak.

Please detach your Main Cap, and re-attach it ensuring that the Conical fitment is secured inside the Main Cap and that the handle finishes flat against the Pinter, just above the Tap.

Main Cap O-Ring:

The thinner O-ring which runs along the outer edge of the Main Cap could be damaged or missing. This will cause the Main Cap not to seal and leak.

Below are two example pictures, one with the O-ring in place, and one without.

O-ring missing

It's a little tricky to spot, but if this O-ring is missing then the Main Cap will most likely leak.
