What type of water should I use in the Pinter?Updated a month ago

All of our Fresh Presses are specially designed to work with the varying levels of water hardness up and down the country.

However, to maximise the subtle balance of flavours of our Lagers, you may want to try using filtered spring water rather than tap water.

For our darker beers such as Stouts and Brown Ales, hard water is best as it is naturally high in calcium bicarbonate.

Nevertheless, if tap water is the only option, it will not negatively affect the taste of the brew in any way.
