Where is my order?Updated a month ago

Current delivery times will depend on what you've ordered, and where it's being delivered, but you'll get an estimated dispatch date in your confirmation email to let you know when you should expect your order.

When we've shipped your order, it'll show as 'Fulfilled' within your account. This means that it's now either on its way to, or already with, the courier. You'll be able to see the tracking for your order within your account.

If the ETA for delivery of your order has passed, and it hasn't been fulfilled yet, there may be some kind of delay with stock, or a delivery address problem. 

So we can help get this resolved quickly for you, please get in touch with our Customer Service Team, with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address
  • Your order number
  • Your full delivery address (so we can make sure it's correct on our end)
