You absolutely can! This is called Trub and it comes from a German word for sediment,
"Trub" is the material left behind in the Brewing Dock after brewing is finished.
The Trub in the Brewing Dock should look foamy and yeasty. If the contents of the Brewing Dock look syrupy and like it hasn't fermented then something has gone wrong and you will not be able to use this to bake with.
