I haven't received my Fresh Beer Club Subscription orderUpdated a month ago
There could be a few reasons why you haven't received your Subscription order, but we can usually get this fixed for you pretty quickly.
Fulfilled:
If you log in to your account, is your order showing as fulfilled? If so, you should be able to track the delivery and see where your order is.
If the tracking is showing the order as delivered and you haven't received it, or if you notice anything else unusual, please get in touch with Customer Service via Live Chat or Email using the help button to your right, so we can look into this further for you.
Unfulfilled:
Alternatively, if it is showing as unfulfilled, is your delivery and payment address correct? If not, this could be causing an issue. Updating your address to the correct one can usually get this sorted.
If it's showing as unfulfilled, and all your details are correct, we might need to take a look into this for you on our end.
