I want to change the date of my Fresh Beer Club orderUpdated a month ago
You can pause and unpause your Fresh Beer Club subscription whenever you wish. All you have to do is go to your account page on our website and you will be able to alter your subscription there.
Unfortunately, you are unable to alter the date the subscription order is triggered via our website.
To do this, please reach out to our Customer Service Team with the following information and they will be able to change the date for you.
- Your full name
- The email address associated with the Fresh Beer Club subscription
- The date you wish to move it to
PLEASE NOTE: We will be unable to move the date of the subscription to today, the earliest we can is the next day.
We are also unable to change the date if you have already had a subscription order generated in the month.
