My Active Pour Tap is stuckUpdated a month ago
We are sorry to hear you are unable to remove your Active Puor Tap from your Pinter. Not to worry, I am sure this Troubleshooting Guide will help!
The Active Pour Tap can sometimes be a little tricky to remove at times, especially if any residual brew has been allowed to dry.
The first thing to check is the Tap Collar and whether or not this unscrews fully. Remember lefty loosey!
If it does unscrew all of the way and it is still stuck, here are some tips to help remove the Active Pour Tap:
Hot Water: Fill your Pinter with hot, but not boiling, water and leave it standing up so the water is soaking the back of the Active Pour Tap for about 30 minutes. This should loosen any residual brew which may be there.
Reaching in the Pinter: The best way to remove the Active Pour Tap if it is stuck is to reach into the Pinter and push up from the bottom, rather than pulling on it.
