My Active Pour Tap stopped pouringUpdated a month ago
If you find that your Active Pour Tap has stopped pouring this could be an issue with one of the following
Pressure:
If your Pinter is nearly empty then the pressure inside will have naturally decreased. You may need to open the Carbonation Dial on the back to dispense the last few pints.
If it has stopped pouring while the Pinter is still full or after only one or two pints, then this may indicate that not enough pressure has built up during the Brewing Stage.
You can tell if your Pinter is still full by gently lifting it up using the back handle. If it is over half full then this should have enough pressure to dispense without opening the Carbonation Dial.
Active Pour Tap:
If your Pinter is still full or you have only dispensed a glass or two then there could potentially be an issue with your Active Pour Tap which we will need to investigate further.
