My Tap Handle has brokenUpdated a month ago
We are very sorry that your Tap Handle for your Active Pour Tap has broken.
The most common reason for this to happen is the Tap Handle being put on and used back to front. Please ensure the screw is facing backwards, so not visible from the front of the Pinter when the Tap Handle is attached.
