My Tap is leaking from around the Tap connection to the Pinter (the Collar)Updated a month ago

Your Tap Collar should be completely flush with the Pinter. Please completely remove your Tap and re-try attaching it to see if you can settle it properly into its threading.

If you find your Tap Collar is getting stuck when screwing it into the Pinter, this is likely due to cross-threading. To fix this you can unscrew the Collar fully, remove the tap from the Pinter body slightly and place it back in loosely. Then, apply a good amount of straight downward pressure to the top of the tap (pushing the tap into the Pinter) with your non-dominant hand while rotating the Collar clockwise with your dominant hand.

Make sure to tighten all the way as this will prevent any leaks. You'll know when the Tap Collar is fully tightened when it sits flush with the body of the Pinter with no gap.

Below you'll find a video that shows you how to remove and re-attach the Tap.
