The App isn't workingUpdated a month ago

We find that a few troubleshooting tips can sometimes help resolve issues when using the App. Please try the following:

  • Completely close the App and re-launch it.
  • Try switching your Wi-Fi, data or device on and off, before reopening the App.
  • Log out of the App, and log back in again.
  • As a last resort, try uninstalling and re-installing the App.
  • Delete the cache data from the Play Store (If using an Andriod device)

  1. One or two screenshots of what's happening
  2. The make and model of the device you are using 
  3. Description of the issue you are experiencing,
