Why can't I Pause or Cancel my Fresh Beer Club Subscription?Updated 7 days ago
If the Pause or Cancel buttons for your Fresh Beer Club subscription are greyed out, it’s usually because your first subscription order hasn’t been dispatched yet.
Important: Your initial Pinter purchase and the beer it came with don’t count as your first subscription order. The system won’t let you make changes until your first subscription order has been sent out.
