Am I signed up for a Subscription?Updated 6 days ago

If you purchased your Pinter through one of our homepage offers, then yes, signing up for a Fresh Beer Club subscription was a required part of that deal.

Before checkout, you would have seen clear messaging about this, including a tickbox to confirm your subscription to Fresh Beer Club.

How to Check Your Subscription Status

To confirm whether you have an active subscription:

  1. Log into your account on our website.

  2. Go to your Account area and select “Subscriptions”.

  3. From there, you’ll see the status of your subscription and any upcoming deliveries.


A Quick Overview of the Subscription Terms

  • Rolling Monthly Subscription:
    You’ll receive recurring deliveries of Pinter Packs every 4 weeks.

  • First Order Requirement:
    Your first subscription order must include a minimum of 2 packs. After that, you can change your beers and pack quantity in your account.

  • Payment:
    You’ll be charged automatically every 4 weeks (or earlier if you use the “Send ASAP” feature).

  • Managing Your Subscription:
    After your first subscription order has shipped, you can:

    • Pause or cancel your subscription

    • Change beer selections

    • Update delivery preferences
      Note: Any changes must be made before 11:59pm the day before your subscription renews.

  • No Returns on Shipped Subscription Orders:
    Once a subscription order has been dispatched, it can’t be returned or refunded. You can, however, pause or cancel future orders.

  • No Beer Selected?
    If you haven’t chosen your beers before your subscription date, or if your chosen beer is out of stock, we’ll send the default beer of the month.

  • Need to Change Your Subscription Date?
    We can help! Just contact our Customer Service team and we’ll update it for you (note: this can only be done once every 3 months).
